Nearest tube Aldgate East & Liverpool Street - travel from Heathrow to Paddington via Heathrow Express train - in 15 minutes.
London City Airport - DLR to Tower Gateway, then one stop on District line.
Gatwick Airport - 28 miles south - take Gatwick Express train, 30 minutes. to/form Victoria station. From Victoria underground station take 'District Lane' to Aldgate East station - Follow underground directions for Whitrechapel Art Gallery and then at street level, turn left out of the station and left into Osborn Street. City Hotel London is just a 20m on riight hadn side of the road.
